Chatting with Customer Support

To chat with customer support, follow the following steps:

1. Click "Help" on the sidebar menu
2. Click "Chat" from the selections available on the Help page
3. On the Chat window, enter your message and await reply from our customer support
4. You may upload images that will help explain your queries better through the attachment icon ("+" icon)
