Cancelling Subscription

DUMO allows you the convenience of topping up your DUMO points balance regularly through a point subscription. To cancel your subscription, you may take the following steps:

1. Click on "Deals" on the left menu bar

2. Click on Manage Deals

3. Proceed with the cancellation of your deals. If you are using an Android phone, click on the button "Cancel Subscription". If you are using an iOS phone, please follow the regular steps taken to cancel a subscription on iTunes (you may refer to this link: https://support.apple.com/en-gb/HT202039)
